Inspirespace is a product design lab founded by Ulrich Lehner, built on 19 years of senior work across industry, research, and startups. The studio brings strategy, design, engineering, and production into one practice, to help ambitious ideas become tangible and convincing.
Background
Before Inspirespace, Ulrich led engineering at Dimetor, where he shipped mission-critical drone connectivity products. Earlier roles include Associate Design Director at IBM iX and expert advisor at the AIT Austrian Institute of Technology. His thesis on human–computer interaction was published at CHI, the top-tier HCI conference.
Education: Master's in Media Informatics from TU Wien, with a focus on HCI and UX.
Side projects
Ulrich also practices architecture, product, and documentation photography. The photography side of the work lives at lehner.photography.
